The company is making improvements to its processes to ensure efficiency in water use and is developing projects to increase reuse and recovery opportunities. Carbon Footprint

By signing the Commitment Letter under the SBTi Commitment, we have agreed to set emission reduction targets in line with the requirements of climate science. This step demonstrates our awareness of the critical role that business can play in minimising the risks that climate change poses to the future of our planet. Our company will set short-term, science-based emission reduction targets in line with the SBTi Criteria and Recommendations and will submit these targets to the SBTi for verification within 24 months at the latest. We also acknowledge that this commitment will be recognised on the SBTi website and the joint websites of the We Mean Business platform, and will also be featured on the UN Global Compact (UNGC) website among companies participating in the UNGC.

Occupational Health and Safety

As Teleset Group, the health and safety of our employees is one of the fundamental elements of our sustainability strategy. Within the scope of our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, regular training sessions and field inspections are conducted to raise the awareness level of all our employees. These practices aim to create a safe working environment by enabling the early detection of risks and the implementation of preventive measures. Findings and actions taken are tracked in workflow programmes. Our OHS processes are carried out in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and related legislation, contributing to the development of a work culture that supports the physical and psychological well-being of our employees.

Education and Development

At Teleset Group, supporting the continuous development of our employees is considered one of the fundamental elements of both individual and corporate sustainability. In this context, regular training programmes are planned and implemented in areas such as technical knowledge, personal development and leadership, with a particular focus on Quality Management System (QMS) standards. Our training activities are designed to cover both white-collar and blue-collar employees, aiming to increase the knowledge level of all teams, develop their competencies, and enable them to contribute more effectively to business processes. This approach increases employee satisfaction while also contributing to the long-term success of our company.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

As Teleset Group, we believe that diversity is a strength and we promote an inclusive work culture. By respecting various individual characteristics such as gender, age, ethnicity, mindset and working style, we aim to create a working environment where all our employees have equal opportunities. This approach maximises the contributions of both white-collar and blue-collar employees to the organisation and forms the basis of an organisational structure that supports collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Our principles of diversity and inclusivity are considered an integral part of our sustainability vision.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

As Teleset Group, our understanding of social responsibility is to support the best in society, the environment and education, and to shape our activities accordingly, conscious of our responsibility for a better future. In this context, we are very proud to be the first workplace to support the Z.E.K.İ. (Protected Workplace for People with Intellectual Disabilities) Life Centre, established by the Manisa Organised Industrial Zone. As the Teleset Group family, we have implemented an exemplary practice in Turkey by touching the lives of young people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Within the scope of the project, individuals with disabilities are involved in various stages of the production process; they also take on roles in white-collar positions that match their competencies. The happiness of our new colleagues and their families in the early days has shown us once again how meaningful and valuable this project is.

We hope that this exemplary practice will be rolled out across all organised industrial zones in our country and that more workplaces will offer employment opportunities to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
