• Considering the current legislation and all other requirements, while creating a healthy and safe working environment for our employees, using technologies that reduce possible risks, creating safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and deterioration of health,

• Considering the environmental effects in product and process designs, taking into account the current legislation and all other requirements, using natural resources efficiently, preventing environmental accidents and pollution, reducing wastes and ensuring their disposal, primarily for recycling,

• Ensuring the continuity of our innovative and competitive product and process development strategy by adapting Industry 4.0 applications to our system by following up-to-date technologies,

• Continuous improvement in quality costs, occupational accident rates, waste amounts and unnecessary use of natural resources throughout the life cycle of products and services,

• Placing the awareness that quality, environment, occupational health and safety is the priority of all employees and an integral part of their work, and to provide trainings to employees to improve their individual responsibilities.
